Kittyhawk

Kittyhawk is a high volume cocktail bar and restaurant in Sydney CBD focused on great cocktails and food and exceptional experiences. The venue is designed around the Liberation of Paris in 1944 and brings together an old world charm with a modern and delicious French restaurant menu. We helped to design the kitchen and ordered kitchen equipment for maximum efficiency. We designed an upscale bar and dinner menu that would be easy for a simple kitchen brigade to execute. We also helped recruit and train the head chef to run the kitchen and deliver the menu to the highest standards.
